자장면

I miss dairy sometimes. Korea has milk (whole milk, as well as sweetened milk in interesting flavors like banana and blueberry) and yogurt, but I crave cheese. Korea doesn't have cheese. But it does have jajangmyeon! Jajangmyeon (炸醬麵) is Koreanized Chinese noodles in black soybean paste. I like it a lot, even though it's not cheese. 맛있어요!
